# Plans & Pricing

Hangr offers three plans plus a free tier. All plans include access to the full platform — the differences are in monthly view allowances, maximum live products, and welcome credits.

## Free tier

The free tier is designed to let you explore Hangr before committing to a paid plan. You get a starting credit balance to generate your first models and a limited monthly view allowance to test the viewer on your store.

The free tier is permanent — it doesn't expire after a trial period. If you're a lower-volume merchant, it may be all you need.

## Paid plans

### Starter — $79/month

A solid starting point for merchants launching 3D on their store. Includes a monthly view allowance suitable for stores with moderate traffic and a credit allocation for ongoing generation.

### Growth — $199/month

Built for growing stores with higher traffic. Includes a larger view allowance and more included credits, plus priority support for faster responses when you need help.

### Pro — $449/month

For high-volume merchants with large catalogues or significant monthly traffic. Highest view allowance in the standard tier, maximum included credits, and priority support.

### Enterprise

Custom pricing for merchants with specific requirements — very high view volumes, multi-store setups, bespoke onboarding, or SLA requirements. [Get in touch](mailto:hello@hangr.tech) to discuss.

## Credit packs

Credit packs let you purchase additional generation credits at any time, independently of your plan. They're useful when you're onboarding a large product catalogue, running a seasonal refresh, or simply want extra headroom without upgrading your plan.

Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Credits never expire.

Available pack sizes are shown in the dashboard under **Credits**.

## Choosing the right plan

A few questions to help you decide:

**How much monthly traffic does your store get?**\
Your view allowance should comfortably cover the number of visitors likely to open a 3D viewer each month. If you're unsure, start on the free tier or Starter to establish a baseline, then upgrade if you approach the limit.

**How many products do you plan to bring into 3D?**\
More products means more generation credits. If you're onboarding a large catalogue at once, a larger credit pack may be more cost effective.

**Do you need priority support?**\
Growth and above include priority support. If you're launching 3D as part of a major store update or campaign, this is worth considering.

## Changing your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard under **Billing**.

* Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current period.
* Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
* Unused credits carry forward regardless of plan changes.
